How to file a Return Assurance claim?

You can effortlessly make your return via Seel Resolution Center (resolve.seel.com)

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Log on to Seel Resolution Center with your email address and order ID:

2. Select the item(s) that you want to return:

Note that only fulfilled item(s) can be returned. See “Why is my order shown as undelivered in the Resolution Center?”

3. Select your return reason and upload photos of your return item(s):

4. Select how you'd like to receive your refund: 

5. Review and finish:

At this step, you'll be shown a summary of your return and refund:

Please note that Return Assurance does not cover the return shipping fee. This amount will be dedecuted from your refund.

6. Print return shipping label and ship your return:

Now that you've submitted your return request, you can download the shipping label we created for you. Please ship your return in 3 days. 

Upon receiving your package and return eligibility checked, your refund will be processed and sent to your chosen payment method. You can also track the progress of your issue resolution in our Resolution Center.
