You can effortlessly make your return via the Seel Resolution Center. Make sure to have the email address you created the order with and the order number.
1. Log on to Seel Resolution Center using your email address and order ID:
Note only fulfilled item(s) can be returned. If your item has been delivered, but stating unfulfilled in the resolution center, contact support@seel.com.
3. Select your return reason and upload photos of your return item(s):
4. Select how you'd like to receive your refund:
5. Review and finish:
At this step, you'll be shown a summary of your return and refund:
Please note that Return Assurance does not cover the return shipping fee. This amount will be dedecuted from your refund.
6. Print return shipping label and ship your return:
Now that you've submitted your return request, you can download the shipping label we created for you. Please ship your return in 3 days. If we do not receive a notification it has shipped, your claim may be closed. Not to worry, we can reopen your claim once we receive the items in our warehouse.
Upon receiving your package and return eligibility checked, your refund will be processed and sent to your chosen payment method. You will receive your refund within 2-3 business days depending on the method you choose. You can also track the progress of your issue resolution in our Resolution Center.
