Seel Return Assurance provides the option to return items that were previously non-returnable if you later find you don’t like them or don’t want them anymore. In order to be eligible for a return under Return Assurance and receive a full refund, you need to provide evidence that you're returning the item(s) you ordered in good condition.
Generally, you need to take a minimum of two photos (front and back) that clearly show the appearance of the item(s) being returned. If the item is new, please also include a photo showing the attached tag.
You may also refer to the following image guidelines based on the specific category of item(s) you are returning. Accurate and detailed photos will help us process your refund faster.

Please note that returns due to seller reasons such as wrong/defective/damaged items are not eligible for return under Return Assurance. These are handled separately by the merchant you purchased from.
