Can I manually add Return Assurance?

Return Assurance must be added by shoppers during the checkout flow using the Seel widget.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add Seel Return Assurance after an order has been placed. Return Assurance is also not applicable to orders placed over the phone, or via any other method outside the Shopify store. 

After an order is placed, Seel does not allow the orders to be modified. Modified orders will no longer be valid for Seel Return Assurance.
