What Does Seel Worry-Free Purchase Cover?
Damaged Items Items damaged to the point of being unusable — fractured, shattered, bent, or crushed — are covered up to the full item value paid. Note that cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents is not covered, and compensation may vary based on the severity of the damage.
Lost Packages A package is considered lost if it hasn't been delivered within 30 days of order fulfillment (60 days for international orders). Lost packages are compensated for the full item value paid.
Delayed Packages A package is considered delayed if it hasn't arrived within 10 days of order fulfillment for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders. Compensation for delays is $5 USD (or the equivalent in your transaction currency — for example, €5 for euro-denominated orders). The exact amount may vary by merchant.
Porch Piracy / Theft If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, this is treated as a porch piracy case. Additional documentation may be required to verify your issue.
How to report an issue
You can effortlessly make your return via the Seel Resolution Center. Make sure to have the email address you created the order with and the order number.
Make sure to report your issue within the following windows:

What's Not Covered
- Intentional acts, fraud, or criminal acts by delivery staff or users
- Refusal or failure to sign for a delivery
- Issues based on false or fabricated tracking information
- Delays or losses caused by war, armed conflict, strikes, riots, or terrorism
- Delays or losses caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.)
