How to setup a return

You can effortlessly make your return via the Seel Resolution Center. Make sure to have the email address you created the order with and the order number. 

1. Log on to Seel Resolution Center using your email address and order ID:

2. You will want to select the Returns/Refund button. It will show you the coverage your order has 

You will then need to select "Start a return". You will be able to see if you are returning to Seel or the merchant you purchased from.

Once you click "Start a Return", you will select the item you need to return. 

You will want to then select why you're returning the item and upload a photo of the returned item. 

You will then need to select your preferred refund method. We only offer Venmo, PayPal or direct deposit. 

From there you will have the option to download your label to return the items to us. Make sure your return item(s) are in their original condition and safely repackage them. You can then download the return shipping label and secure the label to the outside of your package.
