Seel Cash is your instant refund wallet. When your issue is resolved, the refund goes directly into Seel Cash, no waiting. You can then withdraw to PayPal, Venmo, or your bank account whenever you're ready.

How it works

When a refund claim is approved, Seel Cash is automatically sent to the Seel Cash account associated with their order email. Customers can withdraw the cash through two methods:

How to withdraw via Resolution Center

1. Log in to the Resolution Center
2. Find the approved claim and click "Cash Out"

3. Select the cash out method

4. Input your account associated with the selected method

5. Submit the withdrawal

6. Receive payment in 1-3 days based on the payment provider

How to withdraw via the App

1. Download the iOS app or use our web app
2. Log in to the account connected with the order email

3. Click More → Cash Out

   

4. Select the currency and input the cash out amount

   

5. Select the cash out method

   

6. Input your account associated with the selected method

   

7. Submit the withdrawal

   

8. Receive payment in 1-3 days based on the payment provider
