What documentation is needed for a return?

What is Worry-Free Purchase?

Worry-Free Purchase gives you the option to return items that are typically final-sale — even if you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.

Return Window  

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request through the Seel Resolution Center.

Eligibility Requirements 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. As part of your return request, you'll need to submit photos showing the current state of the item.

Photo Requirements Please include a minimum of two photos that clearly show:

• The front of the item
• The back of the item
• The attached tag (if the item is new)

Accurate, well-lit photos help us process your refund faster. If you're unsure whether your photos are sufficient, err on the side of including more.

What's Not Covered Return Assurance does not cover returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Defective item
• Damaged item

These situations are handled separately and are not eligible under Return Assurance.
