Overview
The Seel Merchant Dashboard allows you to view your business performance, manage your account and protection sales and more. Additionally, it allows you to view all policies, claims and manage billing.
Dashboard tab: View Performance Metrics
Your product performance metrics will be displayed on the homepage for easy monitoring.
Covers tab: Manage and View Coverages
Once your Seel protections are live and policies are being purchased, you can view all active covers sold in the Merchant Dashboard.
Billing tab: Manage and View Coverages
Within the Billing tab, there are 3 sub-tabs, as broken out and explained below:
- Payments
The Payments tab will capture all payments to Seel for covers purchased by your customers during the checkout experience.
You will be automatically billed each billing cycle based on covers sold. Invoices can be downloaded directly through the dashboard for your records. Learn more about billing & invoices.
- Reimbursements
The Reimbursements tab will capture any reimbursements issued by Seel to your company for covers that were refunded manually...
- Account Settings
Within the Account Settings tab, your team can review the payment method you have on file within Seel, whether you opt for a Debit/Credit Card, or a Bank Account to pay the Seel invoices for coverages purchased.
