Overview
The Seel integration for Gorgias allows your support team to access customer protection and return information directly within support tickets—no tab switching required. View protection contracts and return requests while helping customers, so you can resolve issues faster.
What You'll See
Once integrated, the Seel widget displays:
- Protection contracts for the customer's orders
- Return requests submitted through Seel's Resolution Center
- Key details to help you assist customers quickly
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Get Your Gorgias API Credentials
- Log into your Gorgias Admin portal
- Navigate to Settings > Rest API > API Access & Credentials
- Copy your username and password (keep these handy for the next step)
Step 2: Connect Seel to Gorgias
- Log into your Seel Merchant Dashboard
- Go to Integrations > Gorgias
- Click "Set up integration"
- Enter the following:
- Gorgias username
- Gorgias password
- Your Gorgias domain name (e.g., yourstore.gorgias.com)
- Click "Save"
The integration is now active.
Using the Seel Widget in Gorgias
Step 1: Open the Widget
- Open any ticket in Gorgias
- Send a message in the ticket (this activates available widgets)
Step 2: View Customer Information
The widget automatically loads information for the customer associated with the ticket:
- If the customer has purchased Seel protection, you'll see their contracts
- If they've submitted a return request through Seel's Resolution Center, those details will appear
