Customers can leave reviews through the customer portal after making a purchase.
You can also configure how the review collection feature works in the customer portal through your dashboard settings.

Display Reviews on Your Store
Show off your reviews by adding widgets to your Shopify store. We currently offer two types of widgets:
- Star Rating Widget – Displays the average star rating for each product
- Product Review Widget – Shows full customer reviews with details
