Seel Return Assurance provides the option to return your order. This can include items that were previously non-returnable. You can return the items if you find that you don’t like the item or no longer want the item. To be eligible for a return under Seel’s Return Assurance, you must provide evidence that the item(s) you're returning are in good condition.
We ask that you take a minimum of two photos (front and back) that clearly show the appearance of the item(s) being returned. If the item is new, please also include a photo showing the attached tag.
You may also refer to the following image guidelines based on the specific category of item(s) you are returning. Accurate and detailed photos will help us process your refund faster.

Please note we won’t accept returns under Return Assurance for the following reasons:
- Wrong
- Defective
- damaged
These are handled separately by the merchant you purchased from.
