To which items can I apply Return Assurance?

Return Assurance through Seel can be applied to most items carried by online retailers.

Items not eligible for Return Assurance include:

• Consumable or perishable items
• Gift cards
• Large, bulky, heavy items
• Adult products
• Formal wear
• Items that already have a refund option
• Non-physical orders, including but not limited to virtual products, digital products or online courses

Other items (including customized merchandise, sale items, general apparel, accessories, intimates, swimsuits, shoes, and many others) are eligible for Return Assurance.

During onboarding, you can decide to which items you want to apply Return Assurance:

• All products -- With this option, Return Assurance will be applied to all your products automatically. Your customers can voluntarily add Return Assurance at checkout.
• Selected products -- With this option, Return Assurance will only be applied to the products you specified. You may apply Return Assurance to products in specific collections, or to products with discount greater than a certain value.
