If a "Return to Seel" order is mistakenly returned to the merchant, Seel will arrange the shipping for the items to be sent back to Seel for processing.
With the "Return to Seel" order, if a shopper sends the return back to you instead of to Seel, please contact us at merchant@seel.com. We will send you a return label to send the items back to Seel. The refund will not be processed until we've received the items and validated the return.
Once items have been received, please expect 3-5 business days for processing. After we have received and processed the items, shoppers will be refunded and you (the merchant) will be reimbursed for the refund.
