If your shop has set Return Assurance as default 'ON', your shoppers have 24 hours to reach out to our team at returns@seel.com to request a refund of Return Assurance if they purchased Return Assurance by accident.
Shoppers opting-in Return Assurance intentionally by turning on the widget toggle are not eligible to have the Return Assurance fees refunded.
