What if my shopper purchased Return Assurance by accident?

If your shop has set Return Assurance as default 'ON', your shoppers have 24 hours to reach out to our team at [e-mail] to request a refund of Return Assurance if they purchased Return Assurance by accident. 

Shoppers opting-in Return Assurance intentionally by turning on the widget toggle are not eligible to have the Return Assurance fees refunded.
