Is there a return shipping fee for the shopper?

The return shipping fee is not covered under most Return Assurance options.

Neither the initial nor the return shipping fee is covered by Return Assurance. 

If there is a return shipping fee, it will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount. Seel provides a pre-paid label for shoppers to return their items. The return shipping fee will be mentioned in our Return Policy for your store.
