Seel does not access shoppers' billing information, so we are not able to refund back to the original form of payment. Instead, Seel offers the following refund options:
- PayPal
- Venmo
- Direct deposit ACH
Worry-Free Purchase refunds only cover the value of returned items. It does not cover any transaction fee, shipping fee or other fees, so the refund amount will be the price of the item plus the sales tax, with transaction/shipping/other pertinent fees deducted (if applicable).

I didn't get my refund back my package haven't received it's been month thank you!
Never received the item, replacement or refund and was told it wasnt covered. I did a chargeback on my credit card. Suddenly they changed their minds, too late.
