Why isn't Seel showing up for my shoppers?

Seel will only show to US-based shoppers on eligible carts.

As the shopper was building out a cart, certain factors may cause the order to be ineligible for a return option through Seel. Seel Return Assurance may not show up for your shoppers for various reasons. The most common reasons are:

1. Your shopper being based internationally and so it does not appear at checkout
2. There are items in the cart are ineligible for Return Assurance.
3. Overall cart value

One or more of those factors can cause your shoppers order to become ineligible for a return for refund through Return Assurance when they are putting their order together on your site.
