Return Assurance is only valid during the specified return window.
If your customer has sent back the item(s) after the return window stated in the Seel Return Assurance policy, your customer is no longer eligible for a refund since Return Assurance is no longer valid. On rare occasions, some exceptions are made.
Here is some language you can send to your customer:
Because you have returned your item(s) beyond the return window, Return Assurance is no longer valid and you are no longer eligible for a refund. In the future, please make sure the item(s) are returned within the return window to receive a refund.
