How to exclude Seel Return Assurance from discount codes?

Shopify offers different types of discounts. Since Return Assurance is a product, it should be excluded from discount codes.

Important: Return Assurance can only be excluded from "product" discount types.

To check your current discount settings:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin > Discounts
2. Review the discount types:

For "Amount off products" discounts:

• If the discount applies to specific collections, ensure Return Assurance is not included in those collections. To remove it, update the collection in Products > Collections.

  

• If the discount applies to specific products, make sure to remove Return Assurance as one of the products.

  

For "Buy X get Y" discounts:

• For both the X and Y products, remove Return Assurance products.
• If applying to collections, exclude Return Assurance from them.
• If applying to specific products, remove Return Assurance.

By excluding Return Assurance from any product discounts, you can ensure it is not affected by discount codes. Let us know if you have any other questions!
