Does Seel Return Assurance cover international orders?

Currently, Seel Return Assurance is only available to US domestic orders. If your shopper opts-in to add Return Assurance for an international order, they will be refunded for the Return Assurance fee.

Seel Return Assurance is not available to international orders at this time, and the widget should only be displayed to US-based shoppers.

However, if a shopper uses a VPN or ad-blocker, our system may be unable to detect their actual location. In that case, if they have purchased Return Assurance with their order, our team will be notified post-purchase. We will then refund the customer and send you a payout for the Return Assurance fee. The order will then be subject to your own return policy.
