What is preshipment?
When checking your tracking number, you may see your order marked “pre-shipment” “label created” or “shipment information received”.
Seel will not consider a package “lost” if it is marked “pre-shipment,” “label created,” or “shipment information received,” as these orders are yet to be fulfilled and the package has not yet shipped. Fulfillment delays could be due to low inventory or if the shipping carrier has yet to take custody of the package. Delayed fulfillment is not covered by Seel and customers should contact the merchant they purchased from to resolve their issue.
