If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, it may be classified as either delayed or lost — and the two are handled differently. A package is considered delayed when it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window but may still be in transit. A package is considered lost when it has been missing long enough that delivery is unlikely. Delayed packages receive a partial compensation of $5, while lost packages are eligible for a full refund of the item value.
What Qualifies as a Delay Your package is considered delayed if either of the following apply:
- Your domestic package has not been confirmed as delivered within 10 days of order fulfillment
- Your international package has not been confirmed as delivered within 30 days of order fulfillment
Compensation Delayed packages are eligible for a $5 USD compensation payment (or the equivalent in your transaction currency — for example, €5 for euro-denominated orders).
Please note this is not a final refund — it is a partial compensation while your package is still in transit.
Still Haven't Received Your Order? If your package has not arrived within 30 days of order fulfillment (60 days for international orders), it may now qualify as lost and you can report the issue for a full refund through the Seel Resolution Center.
Reporting Deadline Delay issues must be reported within 90 days of your order date. Reports submitted after this window will not be eligible for compensation.
