Please note: Order fulfillment refers to the date when the order is shipped by the merchant.
Return Claims
- Eligibility Window: From the date your package is delivered until the end of the return window specified in your coverage.
- You can find the exact return window listed in your contract detail. This is usually emailed to you. You can also see this in our resolution center.
Delay Claims
Domestic Packages:
- Eligibility: You can file a claim if your package is not delivered within 10 days following order fulfillment.
International Packages:
- Eligibility: You can file a claim if your package is not delivered within 30 days following order fulfillment.
Loss Claims
Domestic Packages:
- Eligibility: You can file a claim if your package is not delivered within 30 days following order fulfillment.
International Packages:
- Eligibility: You can file a claim if your package is not delivered within 60 days following order fulfillment.
Compensation: For verified loss cases, the compensation is the value paid for the reported item(s).
Theft Claims
- Eligibility: You can file a theft claim if your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it.
- Requirements: Supporting documents, such as a police report, will be required.
- Eligibility Window: From the date of delivery until the end of the theft report window specified in your contract.
Damage Claims
- Eligibility Window: From the date of delivery until the end of the damage report window specified in your contract.

I have not got my package yet and this is getting ridiculous I'm trying to get a simple tracking on my package and there sending me a million ways. They said it was in town and then it was in transit it sat in transit for a month now. If I don't find out something soon I'm suing
Ive been waiting for my package since 11 feb 2025..they keep saying be patient it will arrive..i just have had enough of the bullshit they tell me
