What is return to sender?
When a package is attempted to be delivered, but the delivery has an invalid address, delivery barriers, or is marked as “return to sender”.
Seel will not consider a package “lost” or “theft” if a shipping carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an invalid or undeliverable address or an unexpected delivery barrier. This includes any errors in shipping from the shopper or merchant. In these instances, the carrier may return the package to the merchant you purchased from (“return to sender”) to be reused or resold. Shoppers should contact the merchant they purchased from to resolve their issue.
