Seel will not consider a package “lost” if the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase. This includes typos, wrong apartment/unit number, zip code, etc. To learn more about Seel’s coverage, check your email for your Seel’s policy coverage.
If the package has not yet shipped, customers should reach out to the merchant they purchased from to update the incorrect address. If the package has already shipped, customers should reach out to the shipping carrier to divert the package to the correct address.

place an order I received only part of my order some items are missing or haven't been shipped yet
the merchant cant help me because its already shipped buh theres no way for me to get in touch with who has it because its already shipped & wont tell me who has it i need to change the address the package is already long over due I’ve moved address an all
